An intensive course in cultural project management in 6 sessions, guiding each participant from the initial idea to the final pitch before a panel. Along the way, it explores incentive laws (Paulo Gustavo and Aldir Blanc), project structuring, budgeting, scheduling, fundraising and continuity — uniting theory and practice to turn ideas into concrete achievements. A co-production of Pupilo with the Rachadura Visual collective.
Carried out as a social counterpart to the short The Basement.
